Why I left learning and why you should too.

• It's a turkey buying it time...

• It is dated in its outlook

• Too many T shapes

• L&D just isn't that great a friend to the business

• Experience Design is the system, stories are the currency the rest is nice to have

• Rarely does true system/behaviour change come from learning

• It has its blinkers on
